Overview
Our first institute, focused on Rust/CosmWasm, is a 8 week course that starts with a heavy focus on the Rust Language concepts central to smart contract development. While Rust is a powerful and robust language, writing smart contracts using it does not require full mastery of the whole catalog of concepts. For operational excellence and efficiency, we focus on those concepts necessary to write safe, secure, and effective CosmWasm contracts.
After a focus on Rust, we dive into the anatomy of smart contracts, the various primitives we can create with them, and the most leading edge recent developments in the space. We then move into IBC, ICS,ICA concepts, tooling, and build best practices.
The latter portion of the course is focused on the Capstone project.
Throughout, in addition to our excellent instructors, we have the top leaders in the space participate as guest facilitators both in the live classroom and in our Discord.

This GitBook will host reference materials for you to read & watch on your own time throughout the cluster. Much of the content will be referenced during the classroom so the earlier you familiarize yourself the better off you will be.
